Before handling the lenses, wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Place one lens on the tip of your index finger and ensure it's not inside out. Gently hold your upper eyelid to prevent blinking and pull down your lower eyelid. Look upward and carefully place the lens on the lower part of your eye. Slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment to allow the lens to settle. Repeat the process for the other eye. Always clean and store the lenses in the provided solution when not in use, and replace them monthly.
