Before handling the lenses, wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and ensure it's not inside out. Gently hold your upper and lower eyelids open and place the lens on your eye. Blink a few times to center the lens. Follow your eye care professional's instructions regarding wear time and replacement schedule.
