Cinfaletro 2.5 mg Tablets contain letrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor used in hormonal treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It works by blocking the enzyme aromatase, reducing estrogen production in the body and helping slow or stop the growth of estrogen-dependent cancer cells. The medicine may be used as first-line therapy, before or after surgery, or to prevent recurrence following treatments such as tamoxifen.
