Insert one applicatorful (1.125 g of gel containing 90 mg progesterone) vaginally once daily, starting after ovulation or on the day of embryo transfer. If pregnancy occurs, treatment may continue for up to 10 to 12 weeks as directed by your healthcare provider. To use, remove the applicator from its wrapper, shake the contents to the thin end, twist off the tab, gently insert into the vagina, and press the thick end to release the gel. Dispose of the applicator after a single use.
