Croma Eye Drops are formulated to treat allergic conjunctivitis by combining two active ingredients: Sodium Cromoglicate (40 mg) and Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride (0.5 mg). Sodium Cromoglicate acts as a mast cell stabilizer, preventing the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators responsible for allergic reactions. Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride is a decongestant that provides rapid relief from redness and swelling by constricting blood vessels in the eye. This combination ensures both immediate and long-term relief from symptoms such as itching, redness, and watering of the eyes. Regular use as directed can effectively manage eye allergy symptoms and improve comfort. . Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) three to four times daily or as directed by a physician or pharmacist. To apply, tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and gently squeeze the bottle to release a drop into the eye. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait 10-15 minutes before reinserting them.
