Declaré Pure Balance Matifying Hydro Cream 50 ml is specially formulated for oily and combination skin. It delivers intense hydration while regulating excess oil to provide a matte, shine-free finish. Enriched with natural extracts like witch hazel, burdock root, and violet, it soothes and refines the skin.
