After brushing with orthodontic toothpaste, rinse your mouth with 15ml of VITIS Orthodontic Mouthwash for 30 seconds, twice daily. Do not swallow. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing to maximize effectiveness.
