Dupixent (dupilumab) is a prescription biologic injection that treats several chronic inflammatory conditions such as moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. It works by blocking interleukin-4 and interleukin-13, key proteins involved in type 2 inflammation. Dupixent helps reduce flare-ups, improve breathing, relieve skin irritation, and enhance quality of life. It is given as a subcutaneous injection, usually every other week.
