For adults: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of lukewarm water or fruit juice, three times daily. For children aged 3 and above: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of lukewarm water or fruit juice, one to two times daily. Stir well and consume immediately.
