The Geratherm Active Control+ GT1115 is a state-of-the-art upper arm blood pressure monitor designed for accurate and convenient home use. The device features a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing up to 40 days of operation with regular use. Place the cuff on your upper arm, ensuring it's snug but not too tight. Sit comfortably with your arm at heart level. Press the start button; the device will automatically inflate the cuff and begin measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the process. Once the measurement is complete, the results will display on the screen. After use, turn off the device and store it in the provided pouch.
