Gracial 22 Tablets are a biphasic combined oral contraceptive designed to prevent pregnancy. Each pack contains 7 blue tablets and 15 white tablets, with varying hormone doses to mimic the natural cycle. The active ingredients, desogestrel and ethinylestradiol, work by inhibiting ovulation, thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, and altering the uterine lining to prevent implantation. This regimen also helps regulate menstrual cycles and reduce menstrual discomfort. Tablets should be taken daily in sequence, followed by a 6-day break during which withdrawal bleeding occurs.
