Histan 4mg Tablets are a first-generation antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and skin rashes. Each tablet contains chlorpheniramine maleate, which works by blocking histamine, a substance responsible for allergic reactions. It is effective for treating hay fever, urticaria, and allergic reactions to insect bites or food. The tablets may cause drowsiness, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years. It can be taken with or without food. Regular use helps manage chronic allergic conditions. . Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet (4mg) every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets (24mg) in 24 hours. Can be taken with or without food.
