Inegy 10mg/20mg is a lipid-lowering combination therapy used to manage high cholesterol levels. It contains two active ingredients: ezetimibe, which reduces cholesterol absorption from the intestine, and simvastatin, a statin that lowers cholesterol production in the liver. This dual mechanism helps lower total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol), and triglycerides, while modestly increasing HDL-cholesterol (good cholesterol).
