Assemble the breast pump by attaching the flange to the breast shield and securing the bottle to the base. Position the flange over the breast, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. Start the stimulation phase by squeezing the handle rapidly to encourage milk let-down. Once milk starts flowing, switch to the expression phase by squeezing the handle more slowly and deeply for milk extraction. After use, disassemble all parts and wash them thoroughly with warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
