Assembly: Insert 3 AA batteries. Attach the tube and nasal tip, then turn on the device to check function. Usage: Fill reservoir with 240 ml distilled or previously boiled and cooled water. Add 1 sachet and shake well. Lean forward over a sink, keep mouth open, place tip in one nostril, and press power button to allow solution to flow out from the opposite nostril. Use 60–120 ml per nostril. Blow nose gently and repeat on the other side. Stop if discomfort occurs.
