Cut approximately 45 cm of floss and wrap most of it around the middle fingers. Gently guide the floss between the teeth and move it up and down against each tooth surface. Curve the floss around each tooth and clean below the gumline carefully. Use a fresh section of floss for each space between teeth. Use daily after brushing or as recommended by your dentist.
