PROGYLUTON 21 Tablets are a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) used to treat menstrual irregularities, amenorrhea, and symptoms related to menopause. Each pack contains 11 white tablets with estradiol valerate and 10 light brown tablets with estradiol valerate plus norgestrel. This two-phase combination helps restore hormonal balance, reduce hot flashes, and improve vaginal dryness. It also supports regular menstrual bleeding and reduces the risk of endometrial hyperplasia. PROGYLUTON is not a contraceptive and should only be used under medical supervision. It is suitable for women with an intact uterus and is taken in a 28-day cycle with a 7-day tablet-free interval. . Take one tablet daily for 21 consecutive days, starting with white tablets for 11 days followed by brown tablets for 10 days. Then stop for 7 days. Begin the next pack on the same weekday. Swallow whole with water at the same time each day.
