Rexicare Soft Hot and Cold Gel Pack SP-7217/7203 Large is designed to provide effective hot and cold therapy for larger body areas. The flexible gel pack remains soft even after freezing, making it comfortable to apply on muscles, joints, back, shoulders, or legs. Cold therapy helps reduce swelling, bruising, muscle spasms, and pain after injuries or physical activity. Hot therapy helps relax stiff muscles, improve blood circulation, and relieve chronic muscle and joint discomfort. The durable nylon and PVC outer layer provides strength and a soft touch during use. The pack can retain heat or coolness for approximately 45 to 60 minutes for extended relief. It is microwaveable and can also be heated using hot water for convenient home use. Cold therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for 15–20 minutes before use.
Wrap the pack in a dry towel and apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes.
Hot therapy (hot water): Place the pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 15–20 minutes, wrap in a towel, then apply.
Hot therapy (microwave): Place the pack flat in the microwave (recommended 1000W) and heat for approximately 2 minutes on low power.
If additional heat is needed, continue heating in 10-second intervals.
Let the pack rest for at least 1 minute before application. Always wrap the pack in a towel before placing on skin.
