Rexicare Soft Hot and Cold Gel Pack SP-7201 is a reusable therapy pack suitable for both hot and cold applications. The gel pack helps provide soothing relief for muscle pain, swelling, bruising, stiffness, and minor injuries. Its flexible gel formula stays soft even after freezing, allowing comfortable application on different body areas. Cold therapy is ideal for reducing swelling and discomfort after injuries, dental procedures, or insect bites. Hot therapy helps relax sore muscles, improve circulation, and relieve joint stiffness or chronic muscle tension. The nylon and PVC outer material provides durability with a soft and comfortable touch. The pack is microwaveable and can also be heated using hot water for convenient use. Cold therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before use.
Wrap it in a dry towel and apply to the affected area for no longer than 20 minutes. Hot therapy (hot water): Place the pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 10–15 minutes, wrap in a towel, then apply.
Hot therapy (microwave): Place the pack flat in the microwave (recommended 1000W) and heat for approximately 50 seconds on low power.
If additional heat is required, continue heating in 10-second intervals.
Let the pack rest for at least 1 minute before application. Always wrap the pack in a towel before use.
