Rexicare Soft Hot and Cold Gel Pack SP-7221 Small is a reusable therapy pack designed to provide soothing hot or cold treatment for different body areas. The flexible gel remains soft even after freezing, allowing comfortable use on joints and muscles. Cold therapy helps reduce swelling, bruising, muscle spasms, and discomfort caused by minor injuries, insect bites, or dental procedures. Hot therapy helps relax stiff muscles, improve blood circulation, and ease joint discomfort. The durable nylon and PVC outer material provides a soft and comfortable touch during use. The gel pack is microwaveable and can also be heated in hot water for convenience. Its compact small size makes it easy to use at home, work, or while traveling. Cold therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before use. Wrap it in a dry towel and apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes.
Hot therapy (hot water): Place the pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 10–15 minutes, wrap in a towel, then apply.
Hot therapy (microwave): Place the pack flat in the microwave (recommended 1000W) and heat for approximately 30 seconds at low power.
If additional heat is needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals.
Allow the pack to rest for at least 1 minute before use. Always wrap the pack in a towel before application.
