Rexsol Cell Purifying Toner is specially formulated for normal to oily skin types to help remove any residual impurities and excess oil after cleansing. This gentle toner purifies pores, brightens the complexion, and tones the skin for a balanced and fresh appearance. Enriched with botanical extracts such as lavender, rosemary, and algae, it soothes the skin and provides a calming effect. Added vitamins like panthenol, retinyl palmitate, and tocopheryl acetate nourish and protect the skin. The toner leaves the skin soft, moisturized, and comfortable, and enhances the wear of makeup. After cleansing, apply to a cotton ball and gently wipe over face and neck. Use twice daily, in the morning and evening. Avoid the eye area. Follow with a suitable moisturizer.
