Remove the cap and spray the solution into each nostril while inhaling gently. Adults: 2-3 sprays per nostril 2-3 times a day. Children aged 6-12: 2 sprays per nostril 2 times a day. Children aged 3-6: 1 spray per nostril 2 times a day. It is advisable to use the product before bedtime.
