Rupafin Oral Solution is an antihistamine oral medication containing rupatadine 1mg/ml. For children aged 2 to 11 years, administer according to body weight: children weighing 25 kg or more should take 5 ml once daily, while children weighing 10 kg or more and less than 25 kg should take 2.5 ml once daily. The oral solution may be taken with or without food. Use the supplied oral syringe for accurate dosing. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
