Each tablet contains olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Together, they relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attacks and strokes.
