Wash hands thoroughly before preparation. Sterilize all feeding equipment. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 70°C. Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle. Use the scoop provided to add one level scoop of powder per 60 ml of water. Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Discard any unused formula within one hour of preparation.
