Empty the contents of one Sinusalt sachet into a nasal irrigation bottle. Fill the bottle with 250 ml of clean lukewarm water and securely attach the nasal adaptor. Shake until the powder completely dissolves. Lean over a sink, insert the adaptor into one nostril, gently squeeze the bottle while breathing through the mouth. Repeat in the other nostril until all the solution is used. Use drinking, sterile, or previously boiled water.
