Uriage Xémose Syndet is a high-tolerance, soap-free gel-cream cleanser designed for very dry and atopy-prone skin. Enriched with Uriage Thermal Water and Cerasterol-2F, it gently cleanses while helping to restore and protect the skin barrier. Its non-irritating formula soothes discomfort and prevents dryness.
