Verkazia is a prescription-only ophthalmic emulsion containing 1 mg/mL cyclosporine, a calcineurin inhibitor that reduces ocular inflammation. It is indicated for the treatment of severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) in children aged 4 years and older and adolescents. The emulsion is supplied in 120 sterile, preservative-free single-dose vials, each containing 0.3 mL.
