Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a wet toothbrush. Brush teeth gently for at least 2 minutes using circular motions, covering all tooth surfaces and the tongue. Rinse thoroughly after brushing. Use twice daily, preferably after meals or as directed by a dental professional.
