1. Blow your nose gently to clear nasal passages. 2. Fill a neti pot or sinus rinse bottle with 8 to 10 ounces of warm, purified or distilled water. 3. Stir in one-half to one packet of the Xlear Sinus Care solution until fully dissolved. 4. While standing over a sink, tilt your head forward and to the side. 5. Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and gently squeeze or pour the solution, allowing it to flow through the nasal passage and out the other nostril. 6. Repeat on the other side. 7. After use, gently blow your nose and clean the irrigation device thoroughly.
