1. Thoroughly clean the Xlear Sinus Rinse bottle before use. 2. Mix ½ to 1 packet of the sinus care solution with 8 to 10 ounces of warm, purified or sterilized water. 3. Fill the bottle with the prepared solution. 4. While standing over a sink, tilt your head forward and to the side. 5. Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and gently squeeze the bottle, allowing the solution to flow through the nasal passage and out the other nostril. 6. Repeat on the other side. 7. After use, gently blow your nose and clean the bottle thoroughly.
